Our meeting with President Wakolo was awesome. He is really
intelligent and knows tons and tons about doctrine. It's gonna be a good
few years for teaching and learning doctrines in all kinds of ways. I
can't wait for it.
Our investigators are
good. It's hard to get them to come to church though, since it is a 45
minute drive to get to the building. The ward is pretty good. The people
are nice and helpful when they can be, we are just out of the way of
most of them. We just drive the car down for church, or if we don't have
a car one of the members is willing to come get us. We had
2 of our investigators make it down to church this week, so that was
good. Hopefully we will see some baptisms pretty soon here.
Elder Jelte came
out the transfer after I did. So I am only 6 weeks older than him. On
the fourth of July we went down to Blytheville and had a BBQ with our
Bishop and his family. Played some Frisbee with them. It was fun.
